Avco's Exam Service provides a secure and inexpensive means of moving examination-related data files between Boards and Centres, minimising the risks of loss of data and inappropriate access. The examination boards AQA, Edexcel, OCR, WJEC and CCEA all subscribe to Exam Service. Exam Service operates with any Exam Centre software accepting or producing data files conforming to JCQ standards. Installation and operation, are simple and intuitive, requiring about 10 minutes to install the client software followed by a single click to initiate data transfer. The software directs data automatically to the appropriate Exam Board. Successful file transfers are confirmed automatically, all transfers are logged and files archived for re-send in the event of transmission failure.
