Often, businesses have all the people as well as the means and resources needed for reliable delivery and smooth operations; what they lack is the time to carry out tasks. As a result, a lot of mundane but crucial tasks get put off till the last moment. Consequently, they are executed hastily and with an increased risk of error. Examples of such tasks are schools having to send out examination-related information to boards, or organisations having to send out employee payroll information to HMRC.
Avco offers a range of e-filing and file-transferring services, in addition to developing software and products. As an intermediary, we’ll manage and overlook the filing operation for you, from managing information to manoeuvring files.
Avco offers two services, one aimed at schools and one for organisations in general.
Services
Exam Service
Avco's Exam Service provides a secure and inexpensive means of moving examination-related data files between Boards and Centres, minimising the risks of loss of data and inappropriate access. The service operates with any Exam Centre software that accepts or produces data files conforming to JCQ standards.
Payroll Bureau Service
If your payroll software does not currently accept or produce HM Revenue & Customs data in the specified GFF, EDIFACT or XML formats, our payroll bureau service allows you to retain your existing payroll system but still comply with the new Inland Revenue requirements.
