Payroll EDI is a simple solution to a clearly defined problem. It is a cost-effective way to automate the GFF or EDIFACT file transfer, avoiding high per transaction costs of EDI over a VAN. The software can run in the background automatically transferring the files as they are created or you can retain complete control, selecting and sending the files when you choose. The choice is yours.
As well as the complete range of PAYE files supported by HM Revenue & Customs (formerly Inland Revenue), Payroll EDI is able to transfer information relating to the Construction Industry Scheme. The software comes in two standard flavours:
Payroll EDI: supports validation and transfer of all HM Revenue & Customs supported files for a single employer's payroll reference.
Payroll EDI Multi: provides all the features of Payroll EDI but has the ability to use separate "Inbox" and "Outbox" folders for a number of payroll references.
